We’re the faces behind Tinners Stays, a Cornwall-based holiday let and property management company, proudly run by our family 🤍
We’re Tila, Craig, and our little family (including Luna, our newest addition 🐾). Falmouth has been home to us for a combined total of almost 40 years, and we truly can’t imagine being anywhere else. We love it here and can’t wait to share everything that makes this place so special with you.
Our story
Tinners Stays was born from a simple problem — family wanting to visit Cornwall but struggling to find flexible, good-value places to stay.
That sparked the idea for a holiday company that genuinely puts people first. We’ve now been running holiday lets for 7 years, welcoming guests and managing holiday homes for owners across Cornwall, and while we’ve grown and evolved, our values have stayed the same: great prices, flexible bookings, last-minute stays, and exceptional customer service.
Since officially launching Tinners Stays in May 2019, we’ve focused on creating standout holiday experiences for guests, alongside a modern, hands-on management service for property owners.
From dynamic pricing and easy booking to thoughtful attention to detail — because it really is all in the details. We also offer co-hosting and full holiday let management, making it a simple, stress-free way for homeowners to get more from their property.
We’re completely obsessed with this place — the beaches, the views, the slower pace, and that constant “am I actually on holiday?” feeling.
Knowing we get to help guests create unforgettable memories here, while supporting owners every step of the way, is what keeps us going.
We feel ridiculously lucky to call this our home and our work, and genuinely love being able to share a little slice of Cornwall with both our guests and property owners.
